Contact Us by Email for Corrections and Enquiries

Updated: 24 September 2026
Need to get in touch with the Casino Bonus Tips Au team? This page lists the one and only channel we use — email. If something reaches you claiming to be from us via any other method, it isn’t us.
When to Write to Us
Readers write to us about three things:
- Corrections and updates. Spotted an out-of-date bonus, a dead link, a wrong licence number or a factual error in one of our guides? Send us the page URL and the details, and we’ll review and fix it.
- Editorial questions. If you have questions about how we review operators, how our rankings are put together, or why a particular site appears (or doesn’t appear) in our content, ask away.
- Partnerships and business enquiries. Commercial proposals, advertising questions and content collaboration requests also come through this address.
How to Reach Us
Email: [email protected]
We aim to reply to every legitimate enquiry. If your message contains everything we need to act on it — a link, a screenshot, a specific question — you’ll get a faster, more useful answer than a one-line "this is wrong, fix it." When reporting an error, include the reference or a description so we can find it quickly.
One email address, no phone lines, no chat widgets, no physical office. That’s deliberate: it keeps all correspondence traceable and in writing, which protects both sides.
What We Can’t Help With
We are an information resource, not an operator. We do not hold player accounts, take deposits, process withdrawals or handle gambling transactions of any kind. If you have a dispute with a gambling operator over withheld winnings or charged deposits, that dispute sits with the operator (and, for licensed domestic services, with the relevant regulator) — not with us. Keep your own screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps for any complaint you pursue, as they are often the only evidence that carries weight.
If you are dealing with an unlicensed or offshore operator, be aware that Australian consumer law, ombudsman schemes and court jurisdiction generally do not extend to them, and Australian authorities will not recover funds on your behalf. We can point you towards the right regulator to report an unlicensed operator — typically your state or territory gambling authority — but we cannot chase funds for you.
Gambling Support Is Not Handled Here
If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, please do not write to us about it — we are not a support service and we are not equipped to help. Instead, contact a dedicated help service or visit our Responsible Gambling page, which lists Australian support options, including BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register, which lets Australians exclude themselves from all licensed interactive wagering services. Note that BetStop does not cover offshore casinos, and a BetStop exclusion cannot be shortened during the first three months.
For everything else — corrections, editorial questions, partnerships — email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you.
